I liked the white color scheme of the studio army shown in the rule book but I hate painting white (such a pain to paint the shades). I decided that there two elements needed to be incorporated into my army.

So I just finished my Manticore for the “A Tale of Warmahordes” painting challenge on the Privateer Forums. This is the first jack I have done for the Retribution of Scyrah, and so far I am digging the theme. The jack meshes very well with my sentinels color theme.

I had a hard time deciding what color to highlight with as brighter orange stood out too much and the softer lighter orange I’ve recently acquired a Retribution of Scyrah Army and have been trying to decide a color scheme for them. I may have to look online for a PDF of the Retribution of Scyrah book, if there is one (I can't seem to find one at my local gaming store which stocks them, so I can't be sure if its like 40k where you can get faction specific books besides the main rules), to see if there are sub faction colors.

Mostly that involved running a pin all the way through both hands (being sure to keep it going straight in the proper angle for holding the sword hilt!), cutting apart the sword, and pinning the sword parts on top of and on bottom of the hands.
